At The Lovely Colors, all products and services offered on our website are non-tangible and irrevocable. As such, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Virtual services will commence only after we have received your photos and signed form. Please ensure all required materials are submitted in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling a service requires at least 72 hours’ notice. Requests made within 72 hours of your scheduled service may not be accommodated and could result in forfeiture of your session. Email us at sylvette@thelovelycolors.com, and please type "Rescheduling" in the subject line.
